Pasta sauce looks great, but I hope that you’ll consider just editing something for the sake of other people who may not have as much kitchen experience. Many, many people will follow a recipe exactly to the letter. At the end, you said it could be stored in a sterile ball jar, but you didn’t mention that after it should be either processed in a hot water bath or simply stored in the refrigerator.
