Hello there! Welcome to Two Birds, One Scone. Once upon a time, a dear friend of mine corrected me after I exclaimed, “We’re killing two birds with one stone!” She said very sweetly that we should feed two birds with one scone. Just like that I re-imagined my approach to eating.
What my friend said to me changed how I interacted with food as a whole- food should be treated with care, mindfulness, and enjoyment. The point of this blog is not to preach or beg. It is not to judge. I simply want to share food experiences. You can expect recipes, market information, news about food gaps, production methods, or simple ways you can live a busy life and eat well. This blog will mostly feature vegetarian habits but they will be adaptable for the most carnivorous individuals.
